How ?
Say for example,you want to choose an appartment which you will buy.
Your agent or you find 5 homes
Now you are confused which one to buy ?
Add your five options i.e. the 5 homes
Then add your parameters i.e. what features do you want in your house.
Say for example you need a posh location,open spaces,proximity to market/station/school/colleges and price.
These are your parameters.
Rate your option against each parameters.Say,if option 1 has many open places then give 8 out of 10 to this option for Open Space parameter. Option 2 has the cheapest price so give 9 out of 10 to this option for the Price parameter.
In this way you rate your parameters for each parameters,then see the best options or selection in the next column.
