How your collected shares will be converted ?
You will get the ownership of products whose total minimum value equals your collected shares .These products will be auctioned in 'Baipatra's Auction'.When your products are sold you get paid.If not sold, Baipatra will buy back the ownership of the product at a rate declared on the last date of the auction.10% of the winning fee will be deducted as a consultancy charge.(Tax not included)
As for example :
Say,You have collected 100 shares from 5 - 30th of a month. You will get the ownership of some products. If their minimum value is totalled it will be equal to $100.
One of your product has a minimum value of $5.People will bid on them. The highest bidder will win the product.Say the highest bid is $11.You will get ($11 - 10% of $11) to your account.10% will be taken by Baipatra as a consultancy charge. So,you see, for 5 shares you get $9.9.If 20 of your product is sold similarly, you can get $200 for your 100 shares.
Even if not sold,Baipatra will buy back at a rate declared on the last date of the auction, which is generally 10th of the next month. You will get your payment on 15th.So,you will always get paid for your shares.(If one or more of your product get highest bid of (total)1.8 ´ your collected shares and sold on that price but if your other products do not recieve bids or not sold, Baipatra will not buy back those products.)
Remember : If you has to bid on the available products not owned by you, you can use your Ms at a rate of $0.5@1 M.
You can say that why will people buy from Baipatra's auction :
- Auction is where people get products at a lesser value than other marketplaces
- Baipatra only allow products which has known to be popular with internet buyers
- Baipatra allows a maximum 'minimum value' of $15
- Baipatra allows people to use their collected Ms to bid in the auctions.Ms can be collected totally free of cost.So one can purchase a cheap , popular product for free.
What is Minimum Value ? :
The value(in $) which must be met for a product to be sold.
How to estimate the buy back rate ?
Buy back rate of 1 share : Total Bonus Pool divided by total shares collected minus the shares already used in the auction.Total Bonus Pool is the pool prepared from the contribution of the sales of Compilations,Catalogues,Advertisement,Ms and other consulting activities of Baipatra.
Let us say ,Total Bonus Pool is $1200,Total shares collected 500,Shares used in auction(i.e. amount of total minimum value of the distributed sold products) is 240.Then the buy back rate for one share will be 1200 ¸ (500 - 240) = $4.61(above is an example, reality may be different)
*Ownership does not mean that you will get the product. You can earn from it but can not use it.So that the system run smoothly without any hitch.
